ServiceNow & NTT DATA Expand Partnership to Drive AI Transformation

ServiceNow, recognized as a leading AI-driven business transformation platform, has strengthened its strategic relationship with NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business, and technology services. Together, they plan to accelerate AI-led enterprise modernization by jointly developing, marketing, and delivering AI-powered solutions designed to improve operational workflows at scale.

Under the newly expanded partnership, both organizations will collaborate to design innovative solutions and co-sell integrated offerings that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer experiences. Through this partnership, NTT DATA will be using the ServiceNow AI Platform more extensively to boost efficiency and simplify operations across the globe. Meanwhile, ServiceNow will officially recognize NTT DATA as a strategic AI delivery partner, helping enterprise clients deploy automation technologies that increase overall performance and business value.

This expanded collaboration builds on their long-standing working relationship, demonstrating both companies’ shared mission to help businesses implement and scale AI responsibly. NTT DATA already supports organizations by advising on strategy, implementing and scaling the ServiceNow platform, and delivering ongoing managed services. With this new agreement, the company aims to significantly strengthen its ServiceNow business footprint and enhance value delivery.

Additionally, this multi-year initiative positions NTT DATA as a strategic AI delivery partner for ServiceNow across multiple industries and global markets. Both companies will jointly support enterprise, commercial, and mid-market clients looking to operationalize AI-driven automation. ServiceNow will also work with NTT DATA to evolve new approaches to AI deployment, including participation in the Now Next AI program. This initiative brings AI engineering expertise directly into enterprise transformation projects, helping customers achieve faster and greater results. 

NTT DATA will also serve as a trailblazer, guiding the expansion of ServiceNow AI Agents and Global Business Services. These technologies will further support NTT DATA’s own internal transformation while speeding time-to-value for customers.
