Bevri Unveils Agentic AI POS to Redefine Mortgage Origination

Artificial intelligence is changing how financial services operate, especially in the mortgage industry where automation and efficiency are now essential to stay competitive. Bevri has launched its Agentic AI POS platform, marking a new development in how loan officers handle the early parts of mortgage processing through smart automation.

Bevri introduced its new Bevri Point of Sale platform, an AI-driven solution designed to automate and manage front-end mortgage tasks for loan officers.
Unlike a tool that just takes notes, this platform actively engages in the process. It helps with application intake, handles documentation, and supports underwriting preparation in real time.

This platform is powered by TidalWave technology, which is a big step forward in Bevri's plan to fully automate the mortgage process from start to finish.
Instead of just gathering borrower data, the system takes actions on behalf of loan officers, like doing calculations, checking data inputs, and ensuring underwriting rules are followed as the application moves forward.

The company also confirmed that the platform's release marks the start of a wider rollout, moving beyond early testing.
Now, 150 more loan officers are being added to the Agentic AI POS platform, expanding access to more professionals. The rollout continues as participants at NEXA Lending's annual NEXAfest event join the system, showing that more people in the industry are taking notice.

Using agentic AI, the platform automates the standard 1003 loan application, making the process faster and more accurate.
It collects and checks borrower income, assets, and supporting documents. The system also runs Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor checks required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. By providing underwriting insights early on, it helps improve decision-making and reduce delays from manual work. It also cuts down on repetitive data entry, allowing loan officers to focus on advising borrowers and building relationships rather than doing administrative tasks.

Unlike traditional mortgage platforms that rely mostly on manual checks, Bevri’s system keeps track of workflow progress and automatically decides what needs to be done next.
It spots missing information, fixes process gaps, and provides recommendations in real time, making it easier and more confident for loan professionals to manage the origination process.

Company leadership said, “This launch represents a meaningful evolution in agentic AI for mortgage origination,” said company leadership. “The Bevri POS is not a static tool, it’s an intelligent system that works alongside the loan officer, handling complexity so they can focus on advising borrowers and building relationships.”

NEXA Lending, recognized as the largest mortgage brokerage in the US, is the first client to use the platform.
This partnership serves as an early validation as Bevri prepares to expand into third-party origination channels and broader adoption across the mortgage industry.

Even though the system is still in a closed beta phase for NEXA loan officers, the launch of the Agentic AI POS platform shows a bigger shift toward intelligent automation in mortgage technology.

As lenders look for faster processing, better compliance, and improved borrower experiences, agentic AI solutions are expected to be a key part of modernizing mortgage workflows across the industry.
