Banzai Acquires AI Web Dev & Hosting Platform Superblocks

Banzai International, Inc., a recognized name in marketing technology, has acquired the assets of Superblocks, a privately held Agentic AI platform that helps teams build and launch SEO-ready websites. The deal, finalized on November 7, 2025, expands Banzai’s portfolio, although financial terms remain confidential.

With this acquisition, Banzai strengthens its position in the AI-powered marketing ecosystem. Superblocks’ platform enables marketers to easily create and deploy websites, landing pages, and lightweight web applications using conversational AI. Its key capabilities include an AI agent mode, Figma and visual mockup imports, and integrated hosting for everything from targeted landing pages and e-commerce storefronts to blogs, chat tools, and portfolio sites.

The platform’s AI agent can interpret natural-language instructions to generate interfaces, functions, and deployment configurations using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Moreover, every resulting site is optimized for search engines and developed with best-practice SEO principles.

“This acquisition advances Banzai’s vision of building the AI platform for marketing. Building well designed, functional landing pages and websites have traditionally required teams to use rigid template-based site builders or possess extensive web development experience. Superblocks’ AI agent builds beautiful, brand compliant web assets quickly for businesses, marketers and creators,” said Joe Davy, Founder and CEO of Banzai. “Superblocks adds to our growing AI powered SaaS platform of solutions that make our customers’ lives 10x faster and easier. We believe Superblocks will become a powerful new AI tool for our customers.”

Davy further noted that the marketing industry is moving toward AI-first workflows that simplify execution and unify tools. He highlighted that Banzai is focused on developing elegantly designed, AI-driven products that accelerate results. The company’s expanding suite — spanning webinars, video production, marketing automation, and now website and landing-page creation — is structured to help customers work more efficiently while benefiting from seamless integration.

“The future of marketing software depends on making the marketer’s job easier through AI and seamlessly integrated solutions… This seamless integration and AI context create a moat of better product experience for customers and is helping marketers accomplish more in an AI empowered world,” Davy concluded.

With Superblocks now under its umbrella, Banzai is well positioned to deliver a more cohesive and intelligent marketing workflow, enabling organizations to build and launch digital experiences quickly, without deep technical skills.
