The program celebrates the unsung heroes those who consistently go above and beyond to deliver seamless service, enhance operations, and create memorable customer moments.
Every month, 8x8 will highlight one outstanding CX Champion, recognizing individuals across various industries who ensure smooth experiences for customers. These include IT leaders protecting infrastructure, frontline agents managing critical interactions, and support teams working tirelessly behind the scenes. While their contributions often go unnoticed, their efforts play a crucial role in shaping customer loyalty and brand reputation.

Nominations are now open for colleagues, partners, customers, or leaders who embody the values of a CX Champion. Eligible nominees can come from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, including roles in IT, marketing, communications, and customer support.
