At the center of this launch is the new WRITER Agent, supported by features such as Playbooks, Routines, Connectors, and Personality. This significant update comes at a time when demand for WRITER’s enterprise-focused platform continues to surge. The entire system is powered by Palmyra X5, WRITER’s proprietary LLM engineered for enterprise environments, offering high accuracy, security, and performance for agentic tasks.

Routines automate these Playbooks on a schedule, allowing complex work to run in the background.
Connectors enable WRITER Agent to operate across third-party systems—Google Workspace, Snowflake, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Databricks, Atlassian, Gong, and more—through a unique MCP gateway.
Personality gives every user or team the ability to control the voice, tone, and style of the agent, while still adhering to global brand rules.
Admin controls provide IT teams with detailed visibility, ensuring secure web usage, responsible data access, and tailored permissions.
These features support both intricate, unstructured tasks and high-volume, repeatable workflows. WRITER also offers a library of more than 100 ready-made agents and an AI Studio for building custom, multi-agent systems tailored to each company’s highest-value use cases.
