Vodafone Idea & TCS Boost Partnership with AI Customer Platform

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has deepened its collaboration with Vodafone Idea (Vi) to overhaul the telecom company’s business support system (BSS). This initiative will be powered by an AI-driven, future-ready platform designed to transform customer experiences and strengthen Vi’s digital ecosystem.

The renewed five-year partnership is focused on accelerating Vi’s digital transformation journey by embedding advanced intelligence, automation, personalization, and agility into its operations. This move will not only streamline Vi’s internal processes but also speed up the rollout of innovative products and services to customers.

Central to this transformation are two of TCS’ flagship platforms—TCS HOBS™ and TCS TwinX™. TCS HOBS™ will act as the digital backbone, providing agility, seamless integration, and stability across all customer touchpoints. Meanwhile, TCS TwinX™, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, will enable Vi to run scenario simulations, leverage real-time data insights, and create hyper-personalized customer interactions. Together, these technologies are expected to ensure faster service delivery, resilient system performance, and the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing customer demands.
