iQor Appoints Beckerman as EVP & Chief Business Officer

iQor CXBPO™, a leading global provider of full-lifecycle customer experience business process outsourcing (BPO), has appointed Natalie Beckerman as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer. In her new role, Beckerman will team up closely with iQor President and CEO Chris Crowley, acting as his key partner on strategy and operations. Her responsibilities include steering enterprise-wide initiatives, driving seamless execution, and fostering stronger collaboration across the executive leadership team.

Beckerman brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in scaling and transforming customer support around the world. Most recently, she led global customer support operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she focused on driving transformation and putting customers first. Her career also includes senior roles at companies like Leaf Home, Rocket Mortgage, and Fidelity National Home Warranty, where she consistently led high-impact teams and operational strategy. 

Recognized as an influential leader in the customer experience industry, Beckerman has consistently built new business, boosted revenue, and inspired teams with her collaborative leadership style. Her contributions have earned her a spot in the CCWomen Hall of Fame and recognition as one of the CX Network Top 30 Contact Center Leaders. She also serves on the CCW Advisory Board and the CMP Research Advisory Board, further reinforcing her commitment to advancing innovation in customer experience.
