Turkcell, Türkiye’s leading technology and telecommunications provider, has announced a major strategic partnership with Google Cloud to launch a new cloud region in Türkiye. According to IDC projections, Türkiye’s public cloud services market is set to expand from $1.7 billion in 2024 to $4.2 billion by 2029 — marking a 20% CAGR. The establishment of this Google Cloud hyperscaler region is expected to catalyze this growth, nurturing the local digital ecosystem and driving innovation across start-ups, technology providers, and enterprises.
