Hudson Talent Solutions, a globally recognized leader in talent advisory and workforce innovation, has unveiled HudsonFlow, the newest component of its expanding Hudson TalentFusion™ digital ecosystem. This launch highlights a major shift in how modern talent strategies are built and executed, combining advanced Agentic AI with Hudson’s long-standing commitment to a people-centric approach.
HudsonFlow becomes the latest solution to join HudsonIQ and HudsonCore within the TalentFusion™ suite, a connected platform engineered by Hudson’s in-house innovation team, led by Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Enterprise Solutions, Stephanie Edwards. Together, these products enable organizations to recruit, engage, and retain talent with sharper accuracy, faster delivery, and stronger insights.
“HudsonFlow represents the next evolution in how we bring technology and talent together,” commented Ms. Edwards. “By embedding Agentic AI directly into our delivery model, we’re empowering teams to work smarter and faster, without losing the human connection that defines Hudson Talent Solutions’ signature approach.”
The centerpiece of HudsonFlow is TESS, Hudson’s proprietary Agentic AI agent built to predict, execute, and optimize. Unlike traditional generative AI systems that rely on continuous user prompting, TESS functions proactively initiating and completing tasks autonomously to streamline the recruitment journey from start to finish. This eliminates repetitive work and allows human experts to focus on building relationships, strategic planning, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Despite the introduction of advanced automation, Hudson continues to prioritize a human-first delivery model. TESS is not positioned as a standalone product; instead, it is woven directly into Hudson’s advisory-led framework. Every client experience remains guided by skilled talent professionals supported and strengthened by AI-enabled capabilities.
This integrated model positions Hudson as the first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider to embed an Agentic AI solution fully inside its delivery environment. The move sets a new benchmark for technology-driven transformation within the talent solutions industry.
The debut of HudsonFlow aligns with Hudson’s broader evolution, following its strategic rebrand from Hudson RPO to Hudson Talent Solutions. This change reflects its shift toward holistic, end-to-end talent partnership models.
Lokesh Goyal, Vice President at Everest Group, noted the importance of this direction: “As RPO continues to evolve toward greater integrated and strategic engagement models, Hudson RPO’s rebrand to Hudson Talent Solutions reflects a step in the right direction. This move is well-timed since enterprises are increasingly seeking unified solutions that cut across multiple talent categories (permanent and contingent), underpinned by consulting, analytics, technology, and ecosystem partnerships. So, this is definitely a step in the right direction which could set Hudson up for greater success in the future.”
HudsonFlow is now part of Hudson’s future-ready solutions and will be available as an optional enhancement across selected client programs. Existing clients can adopt the platform gradually by region, program, or renewal cycle to ensure seamless integration and aligned transformation.
“HudsonFlow represents an exciting new chapter in how we create value,” said Jake Zabkowicz, Global CEO of Hudson Talent Solutions. “By integrating Agentic AI directly into our delivery model, we’re enhancing how talent solutions are designed and executed, driving greater efficiency, deeper insights, and new opportunities for scalable growth across our business and for our clients.”
