EXL Launches Agentic AI Solutions to Accelerate Enterprise Transformation

EXL Launches Agentic AI Solutions to Accelerate Enterprise Transformation

EXL, a global data and AI company listed on EXLS, has unveiled a new set of agentic AI solutions designed to help enterprises move beyond experimentation and achieve measurable results from artificial intelligence. With this launch, the company aims to support organizations across the entire AI value chain—from data preparation and governance to advanced analytics and real-time business execution.

As enterprises increasingly invest in AI technologies, many still struggle to scale their initiatives. Although organizations deploy modern analytics tools and data platforms, challenges such as siloed data environments, complex model development, governance gaps, and rising infrastructure costs often slow progress. Consequently, many AI programs remain stuck in pilot stages and fail to deliver meaningful business impact.

To address these issues, EXL introduced a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that integrate AI, data readiness, decision intelligence, and domain expertise into a unified operating model. This new initiative includes major enhancements to the EXLerate.ai™ platform, the introduction of EXLdecision.ai, improvements to EXLdata.ai™, and the launch of industry-specific workflow solutions such as EXL ClaimsAssist.ai.

“With a strong focus on trust, value, speed and accuracy, our agentic AI capabilities enable enterprises to design, build and scale AI with confidence,” said Rohit Kapoor, EXL’s chairman and chief executive officer. “Backed by more than 250 pre-built agents and accelerators and 10 new U.S. patents, we address the full AI value chain, from data and governance to decision intelligence and real-time execution. Our focus remains in making AI real for enterprises by delivering practical, scalable solutions that drive sustained business value.”

A key component of this initiative is the enhancement of EXL’s EXLerate.ai platform, which now includes new models and autonomous agent-building capabilities. Among the new tools is EXL Agent Studio, a no-code environment that enables enterprises to quickly build and deploy AI agents. Additionally, the EXL Governance Hub provides a library of more than 40 specialized AI models designed with built-in safeguards to ensure responsible and enterprise-grade AI deployment.

Furthermore, EXL introduced EXLdecision.ai, an AI-powered decision intelligence solution that accelerates the development of analytical models by approximately 30–50 percent. The platform uses specialized AI agents to assist with every stage of the model lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, testing, documentation, and ongoing monitoring. As a result, organizations can move from insights to action more efficiently.

In addition to platform enhancements, EXL launched new domain-specific workflow solutions that embed AI directly into business processes. For instance, EXL ClaimsAssist.ai focuses on insurance claims management by transforming traditionally manual workflows into automated, agentic processes. This approach helps insurance providers streamline property and casualty claims operations, shorten processing cycles, and deliver faster payouts to customers.

At the core of these innovations lies EXLdata.ai, the company’s data foundation platform that ensures high-quality, AI-ready data. The latest upgrades include language-agnostic capabilities, broader platform compatibility, and more than 80 modular AI agents to expand enterprise use cases. These enhancements also improve data governance, lineage tracking, and accessibility, allowing organizations to manage and utilize data more effectively.

Moreover, new modules within EXLdata.ai address emerging enterprise data challenges such as managing large-scale data estates, processing unstructured information, integrating real-time data streams, and harmonizing cross-functional datasets.

Overall, EXL’s latest innovations reflect a growing industry shift toward agentic AI systems that can autonomously execute tasks and drive business outcomes. By combining AI orchestration, advanced analytics, and enterprise data infrastructure, EXL aims to help organizations operationalize AI at scale while delivering measurable business value.
