DXC Expands AI Innovation with New Centre in Philippines

DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 technology services leader, has unveiled its new Client Experience Centre in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The space aims to boost collaboration between DXC customers, partners, and its workforce, reaffirming the company’s long-term growth ambitions and commitment to the Philippines.

The Centre, strategically located inside DXC’s Philippines Global Delivery Centre, serves as a central hub where more than 7,000 local employees can work with clients to co-create innovative, AI-driven solutions. It will enhance customer engagement and support mission-critical services across applications, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

Aligned with DXC’s AI-first strategy—and its recently launched Xponential AI orchestration framework—the facility features an AI Incubation Hub built to design and deploy next-generation solutions that integrate artificial intelligence with traditional enterprise technology. It also houses an AI-powered, 24/7 Security Operations Centre dedicated to monitoring, identifying, and mitigating security threats across global customer environments.

The Philippines Global Delivery Centre also serves as DXC’s SAP Centre of Excellence, hosting the company’s largest SAP talent pool in the world. With over 1,800 SAP consultants supporting more than 350 enterprise clients globally, the site remains a crucial delivery engine for DXC.

To mark the Centre’s official launch, DXC collaborated with Baby and Moms PH to donate refurbished laptops to high-school students from Industrial Valley Complex, Marikina City. The initiative is part of the DXC Digital Futures Program, which aims to improve access to digital learning, education, and employment for young people.

DXC has operated in the Philippines for decades, supporting clients across industries such as retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, public sector, automotive, and consumer markets. The new Client Experience Centre expands its AI-first global delivery network, following recent facility launches in Detroit, Halifax, and Buenos Aires, as well as its AI Centre of Competence in Warsaw.

Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC, said:

“This Centre harnesses the strength of DXC's exceptional talent across the Philippines as well as our clients' increased focus on AI-powered solutions. It is a strategic engine of innovation for DXC showcasing how we partner with global customers to lead through transformation and meet the challenges of tomorrow.”

Jack Madrid, President and CEO of IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines, added:

“I commend the continued growth of the 7,000-strong DXC team here in the Philippines… Thank you to DXC's commitment to the industry and to establishing the Philippines as a capital for digital customer experience.”
