ZIWO, a leading provider of cloud-based contact center solutions, has announced its acceptance into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ISV Accelerate Program, a global co-sell initiative designed to help AWS Partners bring validated software solutions to market faster.
The AWS ISV Accelerate Program connects participating independent software vendors directly with the AWS Sales organization, enabling closer collaboration, joint customer engagement, and accelerated deal cycles. By joining the program, ZIWO strengthens its ability to support organizations seeking modern, scalable, and secure cloud contact center solutions that run on or integrate seamlessly with AWS.
Headquartered in the Middle East and serving businesses across the MENA region, ZIWO offers a unified omnichannel contact center platform that brings together voice, WhatsApp, and AI-powered virtual agents within a single ecosystem. The platform is built to help organizations improve agent productivity, deliver more personalized customer experiences, and gain real-time operational visibility through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and automated quality assurance.
A key differentiator for ZIWO is its strong focus on regional compliance and data residency requirements. Fully aligned with local data regulations, the platform is trusted by hundreds of businesses to scale customer support and sales operations securely, without compromising performance or customer experience.
“By joining the AWS ISV Accelerate Program, we’re strengthening our ability to support AWS customers with a secure, scalable, and AI-driven contact center solution,” said Renaud de Gonfreville, Co-Founder and CEO of ZIWO. “Participation in the program enables us to deliver greater value to more organizations looking to modernize their customer engagement operations.”
Membership in the AWS ISV Accelerate Program is selective and requires ISVs to undergo a rigorous evaluation process. ZIWO successfully completed detailed architectural and security reviews to validate the robustness, scalability, and reliability of its platform. In addition, AWS assessed proof of customer success across multiple industry verticals, confirming the tangible business outcomes achieved by ZIWO’s customers.
Through co-selling with AWS field sellers worldwide, ZIWO aims to expand its reach beyond the MENA region while continuing to support regional enterprises. The collaboration positions ZIWO to help more organizations adopt next-generation cloud contact center technologies, leverage AI for smarter customer engagement, and future-proof their CX strategies in an increasingly digital-first world.
