UiPath has introduced a new suite of agentic AI solutions aimed at eliminating administrative and financial bottlenecks across the healthcare ecosystem. The company announced these innovations at ViVE 2026, targeting both providers and payers with advanced automation tools designed to streamline revenue cycle management (RCM).
As healthcare systems continue to struggle with labor shortages, disconnected legacy platforms, and rising compliance demands, organizations face mounting operational pressure. In particular, revenue cycle management remains one of the most complex and friction-heavy areas. Providers must convert massive volumes of clinical documentation into structured, payer-ready data, while payers must validate and reimburse claims accurately. Consequently, delays, denials, and administrative overload often hinder both financial performance and patient care delivery.
To address these challenges, UiPath has developed purpose-built, fully governed agentic AI agents that integrate business orchestration and automation. These solutions connect fragmented datasets, enhance workflow efficiency, and accelerate reimbursement cycles. Medical Records Summarization (MRS): Converts fragmented medical records into concise, citation-backed summaries, significantly cutting review time and enabling faster clinical decisions.
Claim Denial Prevention and Resolution: Identifies root causes of denials, automates corrective actions, and orchestrates appeals to protect revenue streams and strengthen compliance.
Prior Authorization Automation: Reduces administrative workload by validating eligibility, mapping clinical data to medical necessity criteria, routing complex cases appropriately, and delivering real-time status updates.
