Symmetry Systems has officially launched Symmetry AIGuard, a standalone AI security and governance platform designed to provide enterprises with complete visibility and control across their AI ecosystems. With organizations rapidly deploying AI technologies, the company aims to help security, data, and legal leaders manage growing risks tied to shadow LLM usage, corporate copilots, internal AI services, and autonomous agentic identities.
As AI adoption accelerates, enterprises increasingly struggle to answer fundamental governance questions. Furthermore, it maps permissions, evaluates data exposure, and enforces policies through sanctioning workflows. The platform also flags high-risk agents, such as over-privileged or orphaned agents, those accessing sensitive data, or agents capable of destructive actions.
