Mia Labs, the company behind Mia, an AI-powered conversational platform built specifically for automotive dealerships, has announced a $20 million Series A funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $29 million.
The round was led by Permanent Capital Ventures, with participation from Norwest, along with existing investors Eniac Ventures, Vine Ventures, Analog Ventures, and Logos Fund. Strategic automotive investors also joined the round, including Yossi Levi, founder of Car Dealership Guy.
The funding caps off a breakout year for Mia Labs. In 2025 alone, the company expanded to more than 350 franchise dealerships across the U.S., powering over 1 million customer conversations, booking 130,000+ sales and service appointments, and generating more than $45 million in dealership revenue through AI-driven interactions. Along the way, Mia helped dealerships save over 1.5 million human hours previously spent on manual communication tasks.
Mia Labs has grown to over 50 employees, positioning the company as one of the most well-funded AI-native communications platforms purpose-built for automotive retail.
Mia’s platform replaces fragmented tools such as legacy call centers, IVRs, and standalone chatbots with a single, intelligent AI system that operates seamlessly across dealership departments and communication channels. The result: faster response times, improved customer experiences, and scalable revenue growth.
A major driver behind Mia’s momentum is its team. With over 100 years of combined automotive experience across dealership operations, OEMs, software, and frontline retail roles, the Mia Labs team builds technology grounded in real-world dealership workflows—not theoretical AI use cases. This practical approach has earned the trust of some of the largest dealership groups in the country.
“This Series A funding is a strong vote of confidence in our vision and the tangible results we’re delivering,” said Brian Hoang, CEO and co-founder of Mia Labs. “Dealerships today can’t afford outdated tools and broken data. We’re building the most sophisticated AI super employee in automotive—one that understands dealership operations, improves customer experiences, and continuously drives more revenue.”
“Mia Labs is solving one of the most mission-critical challenges in automotive retail: customer communication at scale,” said Mike Gamson, Managing Partner at Permanent Capital Ventures. “The team’s combination of deep industry expertise and world-class AI execution is exceptional.”
“Mia stands out because it was built by people who truly understand dealership workflows,” added Yossi Levi. “Their AI is practical, results-driven, and purpose-built for automotive retail.”
Following the funding announcement, Mia Labs is set to showcase its latest innovations at NADA 2026 in Las Vegas. The company will exhibit at booth #6568N, where dealers and industry leaders can experience firsthand how Mia is reshaping dealership communications and operations.
