interface.ai, recognized as the first BankGPT platform delivering advanced AI agents for community banks and credit unions, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Steve Swanston as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This move reflects the company’s continued acceleration in scaling its AI-powered solutions and expanding its impact across financial institutions throughout North America.

In his new role, Swanston will oversee the full global revenue organization at interface.ai. His responsibilities will include driving new business, managing partner relationships, leading marketing initiatives, supporting revenue operations, and fostering long-term customer success and growth.

He has worked extensively with the banking and credit union sectors, leading strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence. His career includes scaling multiple founder-led companies through rapid expansion and successful exits earning recognition for building high-impact revenue teams and repeatable growth systems.

A proven leader and respected industry contributor, he has played pivotal roles in sales strategy, value engineering, partner-led expansion, customer lifecycle transformation, and M&A integration. He also regularly shares insights through thought leadership publications, helping shape the future of banking innovation.
