FADEL, a global leader in AI-driven brand compliance and licensing software, has announced the launch of FADEL AIVA, a new AI technology designed to redefine how organizations manage end-to-end licensing and marketing compliance operations. AIVA brings together FADEL’s generative, analytical, and predictive AI capabilities, along with purpose-built AI agents embedded directly within FADEL’s Brand Vision and IPM Suite solutions, enabling intelligent automation across some of the most complex compliance and licensing workflows.
According to FADEL, AIVA represents a shift from AI that merely analyzes data to AI that actively participates in business processes. The technology is designed to help organizations protect brand integrity, reduce compliance risk, and operate more efficiently across global markets. By embedding AI agents directly into existing workflows, AIVA allows teams to move faster and make decisions with greater confidence, without disrupting established operations.
“AIVA represents a fundamental shift in how licensing and marketing teams operate,” said Tarek Fadel, Founder and CEO of FADEL. “We’re moving beyond AI that simply generates insights to AI that also acts on them. This helps organizations protect their brands, reduce compliance risk, and operate faster, more securely, and with greater confidence across complex global workflows.”
AIVA delivers what FADEL describes as “insight with vision,” enabling organizations to detect expired or non-compliant content across social platforms, combat unauthorized grey market sellers, reduce copyright infringement tied to licensed intellectual property, and predict royalty billings with greater accuracy. The platform can also suggest strategies to mitigate tariff impacts and accelerate brand compliance across both physical products and digital content, helping organizations stay ahead of regulatory and market pressures.
Built on the AWS Bedrock Agentic AI platform, AIVA introduces specialized AI agents capable of reasoning and taking action within real-world licensing and marketing processes. These agents streamline approvals, reduce compliance risk, and accelerate decision-making, all while integrating seamlessly with existing enterprise workflows.
Initial AIVA agents focus on two critical areas of licensing operations. One agent is embedded directly into product approval workflows, where it reviews submissions against brand guidelines and licensing terms, validates product and property accuracy, moderates content for potential issues, and routes items back to licensees for revision or acknowledgment prior to final approval. Another agent works alongside FADEL’s Brand Vision and IPM Suite to interpret licensing contracts, extract rights and obligations, and automatically generate parties, deals, and royalty payment terms, supporting downstream automation for brand compliance and royalty billing.
FADEL notes that since 2021, the company has delivered continuous AI innovation aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience. With AIVA, the company builds on that foundation by introducing AI agents that execute directly within workflows rather than simply informing decisions. Looking ahead, FADEL’s 2026 roadmap includes plans to expand AIVA with additional agents spanning licensing, royalty management, and marketing compliance, further advancing the role of AI in protecting and monetizing global brands.
