dsb.net UK Unveils New Leadership, Growth Backed by Darwin CX

dsb.net UK, part of the Darwin CX Group, has announced a new phase of expansion, marked by strategic leadership changes, technology investments, and an enhanced focus on transforming customer experiences for recurring revenue businesses.

Following Darwin CX’s investment in the dsb Group, the UK division now has stronger resources to scale operations and innovate faster. The mission is clear—stay adaptable in the rapidly changing media landscape and help clients achieve impactful results with greater speed and precision.

“The UK is a key strategic market for Darwin CX,” said Cary Zel, President of Darwin CX. “By uniting our North American and UK teams under one vision, we're building a truly global platform. This collaboration ensures best practices are shared across regions—strengthening outcomes for every client we serve.”

To drive this evolution, Cary Zel will now oversee both dsb.net UK and Darwin CX North America, aligning teams under one unified mission. Danny Millward steps in as Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations and sustained growth, while Laurence Kite has been promoted to Head of Client Success, focusing on strategic partnerships, measurable impact, and enhanced client satisfaction.

“We're thrilled to have Danny build upon DSB's legacy of success as we move publishers to the modern Darwin platform,” added Zel. “With Danny's leadership and the UK team's expertise, we're well positioned to accelerate innovation and deliver even more value to our clients.”

Danny Millward emphasized the company’s commitment to its clients and team members, stating, “We're growing, we're investing, and we're building the tools and talent to deliver even more value to our customers.”

A major part of this transformation includes the launch of SmartConfig, an industry-first innovation that simplifies and accelerates campaign migration, configuration, and management.

“SmartConfig is a game changer,” said Millward. “It eliminates manual migration by reading your existing setup, rebuilding it automatically on Darwin CX, and getting you live in record time. It's faster, smarter, and error-free—helping clients launch with confidence and scale effortlessly.”

This innovative solution reflects dsb.net and Darwin CX’s shared vision of making digital operations simpler, faster, and more reliable for clients across the globe.

As part of this transition, dsb.net founder and Managing Director Angus Chenevix Trench will retire at the end of 2025 after 16 years of dedicated service. His leadership laid the foundation for dsb.net UK’s continued success and future growth.

“This next chapter is about progress,” said Zel. “We're investing in people, technology, and client success to make sure our customers can move faster and achieve more.”

With a renewed leadership structure, advanced tools like SmartConfig, and an unwavering focus on customer outcomes, dsb.net UK and Darwin CX are positioning themselves at the forefront of innovation in customer experience and subscription management technology.
