Deepgram, a leading enterprise-grade voice AI platform, has signed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This new agreement builds on the long-standing partnership between the two companies and reflects their shared vision to accelerate the adoption and development of generative voice AI at scale.
Through this collaboration, Deepgram will expand joint go-to-market initiatives, enhance integration with AWS services, and give enterprises the tools to build high-accuracy, scalable voice applications across multiple industries.
“By deepening our collaboration with AWS, we’re enabling enterprises to move faster and with greater confidence as they build and modernize their voice applications,” said Scott Stephenson, CEO and co-founder of Deepgram.

Enabling Real-World Enterprise Innovation
Enterprises across sectors are already transforming customer experiences through the combination of Deepgram’s voice AI and AWS infrastructure. For example, a top healthcare company is using Deepgram’s speech models on AWS to upgrade its contact center, boost efficiency, and provide more personalized support to patients and customers. As a trusted Generative AI Competency Partner and longtime member of the AWS Partner Network, Deepgram provides a complete platform featuring speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and speech-to-speech capabilities.
Deep Integration with AWS Services
Deepgram’s platform is tightly integrated with core AWS services. Customers can easily deploy Deepgram on Amazon EKS for managing containers, securely store data with Amazon S3, and handle workloads using Amazon ECR. Using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda, they can easily connect Deepgram APIs to Amazon Bedrock models and other business applications.
“Whether it’s real-time transcription in financial services or voice AI agents in customer support, Deepgram infrastructure gives developers the tools to build accurate, scalable voice experiences from the ground up,” Stephenson added.

Unlocking New Capabilities in Contact Centers
"Enterprise customers have been clear about their need for voice AI that integrates seamlessly with their existing technology investments," said Jon Jones, Vice President of AWS Startups and Venture Capital. "Our deepened collaboration with Deepgram means customers can deploy voice capabilities within their AWS environments. This integration simplifies procurement, deployment, and scaling, allowing enterprises to focus on creating differentiated experiences rather than managing complex infrastructure."
Driving Adoption Through AWS Marketplace
As part of the agreement, Deepgram will invest in building GenAI-enabled solutions on AWS, launch new case studies, and continue refining its AI models to align with the AWS ecosystem. Enterprises can also access Deepgram via the AWS Marketplace, which simplifies procurement with usage-based pricing, unified billing, and fast deployment.
