Conduent Incorporated, a global provider of technology-enabled business solutions and services, has opened a new AI Experience Center at its corporate headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey. Through this initiative, the company aims to give commercial, transportation, and government clients a hands-on environment to explore how artificial intelligence and generative AI can improve operations and business outcomes.
The AI Experience Center serves as a curated and collaborative space where organizations can see how Conduent’s AI- and GenAI-powered solutions directly address real-world challenges. Moreover, the center highlights how these technologies enhance business process efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and support stronger financial performance. Importantly, the showcased solutions are already commercially available and designed specifically for Conduent’s core markets, including customer experience, document processing, pharma and life sciences, payment fraud prevention, transportation license plate recognition, human capital management, and finance, accounting, and procurement services.
By creating this interactive environment, Conduent enables clients to better understand how AI-driven tools can integrate into existing workflows. As a result, organizations can evaluate how digital transformation strategies may align with both operational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
“For approximately 20 years, Conduent has applied advanced technologies like AI across our businesses to deliver meaningful outcomes that align with our clients’ strategic and financial goals,” said Cliff Skelton, President and CEO of Conduent. “As we expand our use of GenAI, the AI Experience Center demonstrates to our clients our innovative portfolio and how these solutions enable us to achieve higher levels of value, performance and personalized experience to support their businesses and their customers.”
Alongside this launch, Conduent continues to strengthen its long-standing partnership with Microsoft. By leveraging the Azure OpenAI Service, the company has accelerated the development of AI-driven capabilities across its portfolio. Initially, these efforts focused on improving end-user engagement, streamlining healthcare claims processing, and strengthening fraud detection systems.
“At Microsoft, we deeply value our collaboration with Conduent. The launch of the AI Experience Center is a milestone that reflects our shared commitment to innovation and empowering organizations with cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions,” said Chad Kammeraad, VP/General Manager Global Strategics Commercial Enterprise at Microsoft. “Together, we are helping commercial, transportation, and government clients unlock new possibilities and deliver transformative outcomes.”
Beyond Microsoft, Conduent also collaborates with other major technology providers to accelerate solution development. These strategic partnerships help expand platform capabilities, including identifying procurement savings, guiding employees through open enrollment, and enhancing contact center agent performance with AI-driven support tools.
Furthermore, the Experience Center features in-depth demonstrations tailored to functional business areas. These sessions showcase how Conduent applies both in-house innovations and partner technologies to address complex industry challenges. Ultimately, the center reflects Conduent’s broader strategy to combine advanced AI with practical business applications, allowing organizations to adopt innovation with confidence and measurable impact.
