Authenticom Group Acquires iSKY Auto Division from ibex to Build Full CX Platform

Authenticom Group of Companies has officially acquired the majority of assets from iSKY’s Automotive Experience Division at ibex, including the industry-renowned RefleCX™ platform. This acquisition marks a major step forward in Authenticom’s mission to enhance its end-to-end data and customer experience (CX) capabilities across the automotive landscape.

For years, iSKY has worked closely with some of the world’s top automotive brands, delivering smart, effective CX solutions that make a real difference.
