Ant International’s Antom Launches AI App for MSME Growth

Ant International’s Antom Launches AI App for MSME Growth

Antom, a key player under Ant International, has unveiled EPOS360, a next-generation app designed to revolutionize how micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) manage their business operations. The platform integrates point-of-sale (POS) systems, payments, banking, lending, and business growth tools — all within a single, AI-powered ecosystem that simplifies digital transformation for entrepreneurs.

In the first ten months of 2025, Antom saw strong momentum, with its acquiring total payment volume (TPV) for non-Alipay users increasing over 70% year-on-year. Building on this growth, the new EPOS360 app aims to empower more MSMEs alongside enterprise clients.

Across Singapore and the broader ASEAN region, MSMEs play a vital role, representing nearly 99% of enterprises and contributing close to 45% to GDP. Despite their importance, these businesses often struggle with fragmented digital systems, limited market insights, and restricted access to finance. EPOS360 was built to address exactly these challenges.

The AI-powered application seamlessly combines POS management, digital payments, lending, marketing, and business analytics into one intuitive interface. Available on iOS and Android by early 2026, the app allows MSMEs to set up and operate within minutes — connecting them to a robust network powered by Antom, Alipay+, and ANEXT Bank.

With EPOS360, merchants can quickly establish online stores across Google Maps, digital wallets, and other e-commerce platforms. They can easily manage operations, track inventory, launch promotions, and even secure instant, collateral-free loans from MAS-regulated ANEXT Bank.

The app’s AI-driven Antom Copilot is a standout feature. It assists users in creating digital storefronts, running omnichannel marketing campaigns, and optimizing cash flow. The Copilot also tracks factors like holidays, weather patterns, and competitor trends to recommend promotions or generate marketing content automatically.

In its first phase, EPOS360 will support MSMEs in Singapore’s retail and F&B sectors, before expanding to Malaysia through Touch ’n Go in 2026, and later across more markets. The app supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, and Japanese.

Additionally, EPOS360 integrates banking services through ANEXT Bank, enabling users to open free business accounts, earn interest on balances, and access instant credit of up to S$5,000, with higher limits available as they grow.

For payments, merchants can accept both card and QR transactions, with same-day settlements for select payment methods. The Bluetap smart terminal enhances the checkout experience with Ant’s proprietary QR-based tap-to-pay feature.

Ian Cheong, CEO of EPOS, said: “Singapore has shown how a pro-MSME digital agenda can translate into strong economic vitality. To support MSMEs realize their full potential, we are packaging a wide range of merchant services into one AI-powered app that removes complexity and transforms everyday operations into new opportunities for growth.”

Gary Liu, General Manager of Antom, added: “We aim to make advanced technologies and high-quality services accessible to businesses of all sizes. EPOS360 lowers that barrier, empowering MSMEs with innovation and capability to drive sustainable growth.”

Ant International and EPOS also launched the Emerging Champions Awards to recognize MSMEs excelling in digital innovation and customer experience, with winners receiving up to S$10,000 in Family Credits for further digitization.
