Agenda Hero, the AI-powered platform built to take the hassle out of calendar management, has just launched Magic Chat and Magic Schedules. Backed by $5.6 million in venture capital led by Upfront Ventures, with participation from Precursor Ventures and pre-seed investor K9 Ventures, the company is on a mission to reinvent how people create, share, and manage schedules.

With this launch, Agenda Hero addresses one of the most frustrating productivity challenges: manually converting notes, flyers, PDFs, or emails into calendar events. Whether it’s a school timetable, a soccer schedule, or an offsite meeting agenda, the platform automatically transforms unstructured information into organized events that sync seamlessly with Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars. For those who create schedules, Agenda Hero replaces static PDFs with interactive, collaborative, and always up-to-date schedules, saving time for both creators and recipients.
