Verint Honors Global Customer Award Winners at Engage 2025

Verint Engage Global Customer Award winners announced, honoring outstanding performance for: Accelerated Insights with AI; Excellence in Elevating CX; Excellence in Elevating EX; Increased Agent Capacity and Supercharged Self-Service.

The Verint Engage Global Customer Awards honor individuals and organizations using Verint solutions to achieve significant AI business outcomes. Winners were recognized for their ability to elevate CX in their organizations and awarded in the following categories: Accelerated Insights with AI; Excellence in Elevating CX; Excellence in Elevating EX; Increased Agent Capacity and Supercharged Self-Service.

Robin Gareiss, Metrigy CEO and Principal Analyst, and Juanita Coley, Sold Rock Consulting CEO and Founder, evaluated this year’s finalists and chose the winners of each category.
