Sprinklr Names Anthony Coletta as Chief Financial Officer

Sprinklr, a global leader in Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), has announced the appointment of Anthony Coletta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Coletta will report directly to Rory Read, President and CEO of Sprinklr. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives, driving Sprinklr’s next phase of financial and operational excellence.

Coletta brings over two decades of financial leadership experience across global technology and enterprise sectors. Before joining Sprinklr, he served as Chief Investor Relations Officer at SAP SE, where he successfully managed communications with financial markets and contributed to substantial value creation for the company.

Prior to that, Coletta held several key leadership positions at SAP, including Chief Financial Officer for SAP North America, where he led financial strategy for the company’s $10 billion business, promoting operational efficiency and strong fiscal health across the region. He also held leadership roles as CFO for SAP Latin America & Caribbean, where he helped boost regional market share, Chief Financial Officer of Market Units, and Chief Controlling Officer of Global Sales and Customer Operations.

Before his tenure at SAP, Coletta worked in finance and strategic roles at Siemens and ThyssenKrupp, further strengthening his extensive background in corporate finance and global operations. His professional journey spans Europe, Latin America, and the United States, giving him deep international business insight and multicultural leadership expertise.
