Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have announced Agentforce 360 for AWS, a new version of Salesforce’s AI agent platform built entirely on AWS infrastructure. The solution—which integrates Amazon Bedrock for foundation model access—will be available through the AWS Marketplace in early 2026, enabling enterprises to deploy secure, trusted AI agents more efficiently.
The companies say the launch addresses the biggest hurdles enterprises face in adopting AI at scale: trust, governance, auditability, and cost-efficiency.
“Our joint customers want AI agents that are powerful, can be trusted, and align with their cloud investments,” said Brian Landsman, CEO of AppExchange and EVP of Global Partnerships at Salesforce. “Agentforce 360 for AWS delivers exactly that.”
Powered by Amazon Bedrock for Model Flexibility
Agentforce 360 for AWS uses Amazon Bedrock as the foundation for its reasoning engine, giving organizations access to multiple high-performing LLMs from leading AI companies. Bedrock powers Agentforce’s Atlas Reasoning Engine, enabling transparent decision-making processes and providing an immutable audit trail—particularly important for regulated industries.
Within the Agentforce Prompt Builder, Salesforce customers can choose from models including Anthropic’s Claude, Amazon Nova Lite, and Nova Pro, ensuring flexibility for diverse AI workloads.
Security, Compliance, and Customer Data Protection
A core component of the new offering is security. The platform keeps all LLM traffic within Salesforce’s private AWS cloud using the Salesforce Trust Boundary and Agentforce Trust Layer. This means:
Customer data never leaves the organization’s secure environment
No external provider can use customer data for training
All agent activity remains fully managed, auditable, and compliant
These safeguards allow enterprises to deploy generative AI agents confidently and in alignment with strict governance and regulatory standards.
Easy Procurement Through AWS Marketplace
By purchasing Agentforce 360 for AWS through AWS Marketplace, customers gain:
Consolidated billing under existing AWS commitments
Private pricing options
Faster procurement through pre-approved budgets
Unified Salesforce–AWS go-to-market support
The collaboration aims to streamline AI adoption and help enterprises scale AI agent capabilities without adding complexity to their cloud operations.
