Red Cactus and Dstny Form Technical Alliance to Strengthen CRM Integrations

Red Cactus and Dstny Form Technical Alliance to Strengthen CRM Integrations

Red Cactus, a leading CRM integration provider, and Dstny, a European leader in secure business communications, have officially announced a new technical partnership. Through this collaboration, both companies aim to strengthen integration capabilities and deliver improved solutions for telecom providers, resellers, and enterprise customers.

Both organizations already work closely with many of the world’s leading telecom providers and resellers. However, with this newly formalized alliance, they plan to deepen their collaboration and ensure their technologies integrate more effectively. As businesses increasingly rely on unified communications and CRM platforms, seamless integrations have become essential for delivering efficient and secure communication workflows.

Speaking about the collaboration, Red Cactus representative Mark Minnaard highlighted how the partnership aligns with the company’s long-term integration strategy.

“This collaboration fits perfectly with our vision on integrations: certified, sustainable, and future-proof. Wherever a certification program is available, we consciously choose that route, to the benefit of our partners”.

Although the announcement marks an official milestone, the relationship between the two companies has been evolving for some time. In fact, both Red Cactus and Dstny partners have consistently requested a more structured and officially validated collaboration. Their goal was to ensure that the two platforms could connect more efficiently while meeting enterprise-grade standards for security and functionality.

As a result, the new technical alliance provides the validation partners have been seeking. Several telecom providers already use the existing integration between the platforms. Meanwhile, other providers deliberately postponed adding the integration to their portfolios until the partnership received official validation.

Under the agreement, Red Cactus joins the Dstny Alliance Partner Program as a technology partner supporting Dstny Core, which was previously known as Telepo. This move significantly expands the Dstny ecosystem, as Red Cactus now brings more than 200 CRM integrations to the platform. In addition, the company contributes its Bubble and Bubble365 applications, further strengthening the ecosystem’s capabilities.

Validated Integrations Strengthen Reliability

One of the key advantages of this partnership lies in the validation of integrations through Dstny’s official program. This process evaluates both functionality and security measures, ensuring that integrations meet strict technical and operational standards.

Furthermore, validated integrations allow both companies to identify potential changes earlier and align their solutions more effectively with ongoing platform developments. The alliance also provides partners with direct access to technical documentation, support resources, and engineering teams within Dstny.

Consequently, partners across both ecosystems gain improved reliability and quality assurance. They can confidently deploy integrations that continue evolving alongside the platforms themselves, reducing technical risks and improving long-term stability.

Driving Ecosystem Collaboration

The partnership also reflects Dstny’s broader strategy to expand its technology ecosystem through strategic alliances. By bringing in Red Cactus as a technology partner, Dstny aims to give its customers and reseller partners greater flexibility and access to powerful CRM integration tools.

Renato Valentini, Dstny Alliance Program Manager, emphasized the importance of the collaboration for both partners and customers.

“We are thrilled to welcome Red Cactus as the newest member of the Dstny Alliance Program. From day one, this program has been about delivering value and expanding choice for our service provider customers and their reseller partners. Our agreement with Red Cactus does exactly that, removing integration risk and enabling partners to confidently leverage a great CRM integration suite knowing it is a validated solution. With connectivity to virtually every major CRM platform on the market, we’re excited to see how customers will benefit from this partnership”.

Overall, the alliance between Red Cactus and Dstny highlights the growing importance of secure, validated integrations in the communications and CRM technology landscape. By combining their expertise, the companies aim to create a stronger ecosystem that benefits telecom providers, resellers, and end users alike.
