Radial Partners with Riskified to Strengthen Ecommerce Fraud Protection

Riskified has announced a strategic partnership with Radial to enhance payment fraud prevention and refund protection for Radial’s merchant clients. Through this collaboration, Radial will integrate Riskified’s AI-powered fraud and risk intelligence platform into its commerce ecosystem to help merchants approve more legitimate transactions while minimizing financial losses from fraudulent activities.

As ecommerce continues to grow rapidly, retailers increasingly face sophisticated payment fraud and refund abuse. To address these challenges, Radial is introducing Riskified’s advanced fraud decisioning capabilities directly into its checkout process. Consequently, merchants using Radial’s services will gain access to real-time fraud analysis that helps determine whether transactions should be approved or declined. This process allows businesses to protect revenue without slowing down the customer checkout experience.

Radial operates a large global ecommerce fulfillment network that includes more than 20 distribution centers across North America. Through this infrastructure, the company supports many of the world’s most recognized retail brands by ensuring efficient and cost-effective order delivery. Now, by integrating Riskified’s AI-driven technology, Radial aims to further strengthen its ecosystem and provide merchants with more intelligent fraud protection while maintaining seamless order fulfillment.

Importantly, Riskified’s platform leverages advanced machine learning and insights from its extensive global merchant network to make accurate fraud decisions in real time. The system evaluates transaction patterns, detects suspicious behaviors, and determines risk levels instantly at checkout. Additionally, Riskified guarantees outcomes by assuming full financial liability for fraud-related chargebacks. This assurance gives merchants greater confidence to approve more legitimate orders and avoid unnecessary declines.

Beyond fraud prevention at checkout, the partnership also opens the door for Radial to expand its service offerings through Riskified’s Policy Protect solution. This technology analyzes purchase histories, customer identities, and behavioral patterns to detect refund and return abuse. As a result, merchants can design smarter policies that discourage fraudulent claims while still rewarding loyal and trustworthy customers.

Furthermore, Radial teams will be able to utilize Riskified’s Dispute Resolve platform to simplify the chargeback management process. By centralizing dispute data and automating workflows, the platform reduces manual effort and allows merchants to recover revenue more efficiently. This streamlined approach ultimately helps brands manage disputes faster and maintain better financial control.
