Invisible Technologies to Acquire WeCP to Enhance AI Expert Validation

Invisible Technologies to Acquire WeCP to Enhance AI Expert Validation

Invisible Technologies has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire WeCP, an AI-native technical assessment and intelligence platform recognized for its highly structured evaluation frameworks. Through this strategic acquisition, Invisible Technologies aims to strengthen expert validation processes and improve the accuracy of high-precision AI workflows.

As artificial intelligence expands into complex industries such as engineering, healthcare, finance, and advanced STEM fields, organizations increasingly rely on specialized human expertise to build and refine AI systems. However, ensuring the quality and reliability of domain experts remains a major challenge. Therefore, companies require scalable systems that can validate technical talent with a high degree of accuracy.

WeCP addresses this challenge by offering an AI-powered assessment platform designed to evaluate advanced technical skills through real-world scenarios. To date, the platform has facilitated more than two million technical interviews and developed over 18,000 targeted evaluation frameworks. These frameworks span various domains, including engineering, banking, healthcare, finance, and other highly specialized technical disciplines.

In addition to its assessment capabilities, WeCP also provides infrastructure that supports reinforcement learning environments and simulated task frameworks. Built through more than five years of continuous development, the platform enables organizations to assess technical expertise with exceptional precision.

“This acquisition expands our foundation of high-precision AI training,” said Matt Fitzpatrick, CEO of Invisible Technologies. “The performance of advanced AI systems depends on trusted human expertise, and WeCP’s assessment engine has built one of the most extensively refined technical assessment libraries in the market. By integrating WeCP into Invisible’s AI training platform, Meridial, we’re raising the bar on precision and speed for expert evaluation across our platform while also accelerating our capabilities in RL gyms and simulated environments.”

The acquisition will allow Invisible Technologies to integrate WeCP’s advanced evaluation tools into its AI training platform, Meridial. As a result, the company expects to accelerate the development of reinforcement learning environments and simulation-based training systems used to refine AI models. Furthermore, the integration will improve how organizations validate subject matter experts who contribute to complex AI projects.

WeCP was founded by NIT Trichy alumni Abhishek Kaushik, previously with Google, and Mohit Goyal, formerly of Meta. Initially, the founders aimed to improve how technical interview questions were generated. Over time, however, the platform evolved into a comprehensive system designed to measure real-world skills, reasoning capabilities, and domain-specific knowledge.

Following the acquisition, Kaushik, Goyal, and several key members of the WeCP team will join Invisible Technologies. Together, they will continue developing advanced infrastructure for expert assessment and AI training environments.

“We built WeCP to solve a fundamental challenge: traditional talent vetting does not scale for high-impact, high-precision work,” said Abhishek Kaushik, CEO and Co-founder of WeCP. “Joining Invisible allows us to extend our assessment frameworks into advanced AI training environments where rigor and accuracy are essential.”

Ultimately, the acquisition highlights a growing industry focus on the role of trusted human expertise in AI development. By combining WeCP’s sophisticated assessment frameworks with Invisible Technologies’ AI training infrastructure, the companies aim to build more reliable, high-performing AI systems while ensuring rigorous expert validation at scale.
