The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has announced a OneGov agreement with ServiceNow to accelerate AI-first modernization across federal agencies. Using the ServiceNow AI Platform, government agencies could see up to a 30% boost in workflow efficiencymaking everyday processes faster, smarter, and easier through intelligent automation.
As part of this agreement, eligible federal customers will benefit from a simplified licensing model that makes adoption easier and more cost-effective. Agencies can save biggetting up to 70% off the list price when upgrading to the new ITSM Pro or ITSM Pro Plus bundles, or enjoy a 40% discount on standalone ITSM Pro upgrades. These offerings provide agencies with flexibility while delivering powerful automation tools, including predictive analytics, process mining, and workforce optimization.
