CCI Global to Invest $378 Million to Accelerate Expansion Across Africa and EMEA

CCI Global to Invest $378 Million to Accelerate Expansion Across Africa and EMEA

CCI Global, one of Africa’s largest business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience service providers, has announced plans to invest approximately $378 million over the next two years to significantly scale operations across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The major capital infusion signals the company’s commitment to strengthening its regional footprint and supporting the rapid global shift toward outsourced digital customer experience capabilities.

According to the company, about 94% of the planned investment will be allocated to Africa, reinforcing the region as CCI Global’s core operational hub. An additional 5% will be directed toward the Middle East and 1% toward Europe, as part of a broader strategy to support seamless service delivery for international enterprise customers. Key African markets benefiting from the expansion include South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Ghana, Botswana, and Egypt.

A substantial portion of the investment—around 50%—will be dedicated to expanding talent capacity, training, and development programs across all regions. The company expects the initiative to drive 15% to 20% annual growth in workforce size and operational scale. CCI Global currently employs approximately 15,000 staff and provides outsourced customer experience services to more than 80 global organizations across telecom, media, mobile technology, financial services, hospitality, and healthcare.

The remaining funds will focus on technology-driven transformation. Around 38% will go toward integrating AI, automation, and advanced customer experience technologies, while 10% is allocated for new infrastructure, offices, and facility upgrades.

The investment follows rising global demand for outsourced customer engagement talent, with companies increasingly turning to Africa as a high-value support destination. A recent study by Everest Group and CCI Global, published in August, projected that outsourcing could generate up to 1.5 million new call center jobs in Africa by 2030. According to the report, approximately 85% of global enterprises now actively consider African locations—especially South Africa, Kenya, and Egypt—for customer support outsourcing due to talent availability, cost competitiveness, multilingual capability, and strong performance outcomes.

CCI Global says the investment will position the company to scale rapidly and support growing outsourcing needs while creating thousands of new skilled jobs across emerging African digital economies.
