The Adecco Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Salesforce to gain unlimited global access to Agentforce 360 through 2027. This expanded partnership will help Adecco accelerate the deployment of agentic AI across its global operations while maintaining a strong focus on human-centric workforce services.
The agreement will benefit Adecco’s three major global business units—Adecco, LHH, and Akkodis—by enabling them to integrate AI agents into their recruitment and talent management processes. Through Agentforce 360, organizations can connect applications, enterprise data, and AI-powered agents on a unified platform designed to support the emerging Agentic Enterprise model.
Scaling Agentic AI Across Global Operations
Adecco has already demonstrated promising results from deploying Agentforce solutions in the United Kingdom. In this market, AI agents automate routine recruitment tasks, allowing recruiters to focus more on strategic human interactions with candidates and clients. As a result, the company has reported measurable improvements, including 15% time savings, faster time-to-fill for open positions, higher placement rates, and lower operational costs.
To support this transformation, the platform uses Data 360 to consolidate fragmented data across more than 30 Salesforce environments and enterprise systems. This unified data environment enables approximately 27,000 recruiters to access real-time candidate profiles and insights, helping them match talent with opportunities more efficiently.
Furthermore, Adecco operates an extensive omni-channel recruitment network spanning more than 60 countries. Through integrated delivery centers across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, the company can rapidly scale AI-driven processes across global markets.
Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group
"We continue to be the pioneer of human-centric AI implementation. Unlimited access to Agentforce lets us rapidly scale proven agentic AI solutions globally and across our brands. This will improve our service speed, quality and reliability, freeing our people to focus on the human interactions that made them choose this career," said Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group.
"The world of work is being accelerated by AI and the Adecco Group is working as a strategic partner to help guide our 100,000 clients with the strategic workforce reorganization and people and talent strategy required to drive business impact with AI implementation. This agreement allows us to create real value for clients, candidates and our people."
Expanding AI Innovation Across Markets
Looking ahead, Adecco plans to expand its agentic AI capabilities across several markets, including the United Kingdom and France, while also introducing additional AI agents into its operations. At the same time, smaller markets will benefit from nearshore and offshore delivery hubs located in India, Poland, Mexico, and Morocco, allowing the organization to extend AI-enabled services globally.
In addition, the upcoming launch of Agentforce Voice is expected to further improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement by enabling AI-powered voice interactions.
Meanwhile, Adecco’s brands Akkodis and LHH will leverage the company’s established recruitment frameworks to integrate Agentforce capabilities into their own workflows. This will allow the group to maintain consistent and scalable AI deployment across all business units.
Madhav Thattai, EVP & GM Agentforce, Salesforce
"By moving beyond experimentation to a full-scale agentic enterprise, the Adecco Group is proving that autonomous agents can deliver the determinism and predictability needed to power a global business. Powered by Agentforce 360, Adecco now has the 'always-on' foundation to connect millions of job seekers with career opportunities using agents to drive 50% of their revenue by the close of 2026. This partnership represents Salesforce vision as humans and agents work together on a single, trusted platform to deliver business outcomes, at scale," said Madhav Thattai, EVP & GM Agentforce, Salesforce.
Overall, the agreement signals a significant step toward integrating AI into workforce management and recruitment services. By combining Salesforce’s AI technologies with Adecco’s global talent network, the partnership aims to redefine how organizations connect talent with opportunities in an increasingly AI-driven economy.
