Samsung Electronics MENA and Amazon have taken another major step in strengthening their long-standing partnership by signing a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement aims to elevate digital customer experiences and enhance the value delivered to consumers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The collaboration builds on years of joint innovation and now moves into a phase focused on deeper digital integration, improved convenience, and customer-first enhancements.
Under the terms of the MoU, Samsung and Amazon will work across multiple strategic areas to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. One of the central goals is to explore new ways to integrate Amazon’s Prime membership program with Samsung devices, creating more seamless and personalized digital experiences for everyday users. Additionally, Samsung Care services will become more accessible across the entire customer journey—from browsing and product discovery to checkout and after-sales support.
The expanded partnership also aims to provide more value-added offers to customers through bundled deals and faster delivery options. This includes leveraging Amazon Now, Amazon’s rapid delivery service, to ensure customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia receive Samsung products in minutes, delivering unparalleled speed and convenience.
Omar Saheb, Regional CMO and Vice President of Marketing & Online Business at Samsung Electronics MENA, emphasized the shared mission behind the collaboration. He stated,
