Movate, a global provider of digital technology and customer experience services, has announced a strategic partnership with Krisp, a leading real-time Voice AI platform for the contact center industry. The collaboration aims to help enterprises build more scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performing voice operations across global locations by combining operational expertise with advanced voice AI capabilities.
Through this partnership, Movate integrates Krisp’s AI Accent Conversion and AI Voice Translation technologies into its MovateAI CX platform. These capabilities are embedded directly into agent workflows and training environments, allowing organizations to maintain consistent service quality while expanding or shifting delivery locations. Movate’s global CX delivery experience, supported by AI-powered agent enablement and training frameworks, plays a key role in accelerating agent readiness and operational stability.
Krisp currently supports voice conversations on more than 200 million devices and processes over 80 billion minutes of voice interactions each month. Its secure, on-device AI models deliver real-time accent conversion, voice translation, and bi-directional noise cancellation. These capabilities help agents communicate more clearly, reduce mental fatigue, and improve customer understanding. By minimizing accent-related barriers, Krisp also enables companies to access broader talent pools while promoting diversity and agent well-being.
Together, Movate and Krisp offer an AI-driven solution designed to shorten training cycles, improve first-call resolution, enhance interaction quality, and reduce overall operating costs. This approach enables enterprises to diversify their geographic footprint or transition operations between regions without compromising customer experience or performance benchmarks.
The impact of the partnership is already visible through a global retail client that successfully transitioned voice operations from the Philippines to India. By combining Krisp’s AI Accent Conversion with Movate’s AI-powered simulated training, the program achieved agent proficiency 2.5 times faster and became fully operational within six weeks. The transition delivered 87 percent customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs by 28 percent, all while maintaining service quality throughout the shift.
Commenting on the partnership, Mandeep Kwatra, Practice Head for CX Transformation at Movate, said the collaboration reinforces Movate’s focus on building intelligent, location-agnostic CX models. He emphasized that enterprises today are looking beyond cost savings toward scalable delivery models that combine operational excellence with AI-powered innovation.
Davit Baghdasaryan, CEO and Co-Founder of Krisp, highlighted the complexity of voice as a customer experience channel for global teams. He noted that embedding real-time accent conversion and voice translation into CX delivery removes friction for agents and makes global operations faster to deploy, easier to manage, and more consistent for customers worldwide.
The Movate–Krisp partnership represents a meaningful step forward in the evolution of voice-based customer experience. By combining CX expertise with real-time voice AI, the collaboration enables enterprises to expand globally with confidence while achieving clarity, productivity, and measurable performance improvements.
