Foundever® Launches First Offshore CX Hub in Luxor, Egypt

Foundever has officially inaugurated its new customer experience (CX) hub in Luxor, Egypt, in the presence of Dr. Amr Talaat, Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology. The opening ceremony also featured Laurent Uberti, Group CEO, Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Foundever; Benedita Miranda, COO EMEA; Mina Wahba, Country Leader for Egypt; and Ahmed El Zaher, CEO of ITIDA.

The new facility begins operations with 200 seats and plans to expand to 400 full-time employees by December 2026. This milestone aligns with Foundever’s larger ambition to generate 5,000 new jobs in Egypt over the next three years, reinforcing the nation’s standing as a global hub for customer experience and IT offshoring.

Foundever already maintains a strong presence in Cairo through its centers at Maadi Technology Park and City Stars Business Complex, where the company recorded 115% growth in the previous year. Currently, Foundever supports 15 international clients across 14 different languages, further highlighting Egypt’s strategic advantage as a multilingual outsourcing powerhouse.

By establishing its first Upper Egypt hub in Luxor, Foundever aims to leverage the region’s growing talent base and create meaningful career opportunities closer to home for young professionals. The initiative also contributes to local economic and social development, fostering inclusive growth and regional empowerment.

The Luxor hub represents a key advancement in Foundever’s journey toward embedding practical AI solutions into every stage of customer engagement. The company equips its Luxor-based associates with AI-powered tools that help them work faster, smarter, and with greater confidence, delivering customer experiences that are seamless, simple, and deeply human.

Foundever’s strategy integrates conversational AI, customized language models, and agentic AI automation to enhance associate performance and productivity. This human-AI collaboration ensures every interaction creates more value — not only for customers but also for employees and business partners.

"Egypt has proven to be one of our most dynamic growth markets," said Laurent Uberti. "Launching our first hub in Upper Egypt reflects our confidence in the region's incredible potential — its people, talent and spirit of innovation. Luxor will play a key role in driving our global vision for the future of customer experience."

Dr. Amr Talaat added, "The opening of this new center in Luxor highlights Egypt's momentum as an outsourcing hub, expanding digital career opportunities to Upper Egypt's youth."

Through this expansion, Foundever continues to strengthen its commitment to Egypt’s digital future, fostering job creation, innovation, and AI-driven transformation in the global CX landscape.
