Enreach and Cataleya Partner to Expand UCaaS Across Asia-Pacific

Enreach and Cataleya Partner to Expand UCaaS Across Asia-Pacific

Enreach for Service Providers, known for its smart contact solutions supporting both SMEs and large enterprises, has announced a major expansion into the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This move comes through a formal partnership with Cataleya, a company with deep roots and long-term success across APAC. The collaboration strengthens their previously successful relationship—particularly in the UK—and positions the two organizations to capitalize on the rapidly growing UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) market in the region.

The partnership combines Enreach UP, Enreach’s AI-powered smart contact platform that unifies voice, chat, collaboration, and AI in one seamless experience, with Cataleya’s advanced Session Border Controller (SBC) solution. Together, the integrated offering is aimed at service providers seeking a scalable, proven, and easy-to-deploy UCaaS solution without needing to build their own technology stack.

Patrick Watson, Director of Research at Cavell, highlighted the opportunity ahead:
"UCaaS markets in APAC present an attractive opportunity. Cavell forecasts that markets such as Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong are all set to exceed 5-year user CAGRs of 20%+."

According to Bertrand Pourcelot, CEO of Enreach for Service Providers, the demand for UCaaS in the Asia-Pacific region continues to accelerate. He stated, “The interest in UCaaS in Asia Pacific is accelerating fast. Service providers, telcos, and systems integrators want to take advantage of this opportunity. Our joint proposition gives those audiences a market-proven, simplified, and fast track to deployment, without needing to build their own technology solutions. Instead, they can simply adopt our service and focus on generating revenue.”

Andreas Hipp, CEO of Cataleya, reinforced the advantages of Cataleya’s established presence and expertise in APAC. He said, “With our established presence in Asia-Pacific, we can guarantee the support and responsiveness that customers will expect, as well as an understanding of local requirements. We also bring to the partnership our extensive collaboration and interoperability skills, to help service providers add UCaaS to their portfolios with minimal effort on their part.”

A White-Label, Multi-Tenant UCaaS Platform with Local Sovereignty

Service providers adopting the new solution can fully rebrand it as their own. Robert Urban, International Sales Director at Enreach for Service Providers, explained:
“Together, we offer a multi-tenant, multi-tier, white-label solution to service providers in the region.”
He further emphasized that having local presence and ensuring data sovereignty make the solution a strong alternative to larger competitors. Urban added, “Cataleya is the perfect partner for us in Asia Pacific and a key part of our continued international expansion.”

Through the partnership, service providers can introduce AI-enhanced UCaaS offerings that improve customer interactions, boost productivity, and deliver contextual, mobile-first user experiences. Enreach UP’s unified architecture supports voice, video, messaging, call recording, transcription, CRM integrations (including more than 200 CRM platforms), and a growing suite of AI-powered capabilities. Its customizable, API-driven, low-code/no-code approach also gives operators and integrators the ability to create differentiated solutions quickly.

Cataleya’s Proven Track Record

Headquartered in Singapore, Cataleya operates across multiple regions including India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, the UK, and the United States. Since 2012, Cataleya has been innovating in telecom infrastructure by embracing software virtualization and developing its own SBC technology, now deployed globally. Through its partnership with Enreach, Cataleya is also expanding its offerings from on-premise solutions into the cloud, extending its reach and capabilities.

The companies have collaborated since 2018 on various projects in Germany and the UK. Concluding the announcement, Pourcelot said,
“Both organizations share the same ethos: to be forward-thinking technology innovators that are strong on customer service and local presence. We look forward to deepening our relationship with Cataleya, as we jointly support the service provider community across Asia-Pacific.”

Their expanded partnership positions both companies to play a key role in shaping the next phase of UCaaS adoption across a fast-growing and competitive region.
