authID, a biometric identity authentication provider, has announced a new integration with ServiceNow designed to strengthen identity verification inside contact centers while reducing fraud risks. Through this collaboration, authID can now support more than 8,400 ServiceNow-powered contact centers worldwide, including operations used by 85% of Fortune 500 companies, covering both customer and employee identity use cases.
As an official ServiceNow Build Partner, authID delivers a solution that allows contact center agents to verify and authenticate callers without adding friction to the customer experience. Since contact centers have become a frequent target for digital attacks and social engineering, this integration focuses on improving trust at one of the most vulnerable points in the service journey. Notably, the authID integration is now available directly through the ServiceNow Store, making deployment easier for enterprise teams.
The integration connects authID’s Proof™, Verified™, and PrivacyKey™ capabilities with the ServiceNow platform using UI Actions, which allow organizations to customize workflows based on user activities. As a result, agents can trigger identity verification steps directly within their service interface for both workforce and consumer scenarios, helping stop account takeover attempts at help desks and call centers.
With the new workflow, ServiceNow agents can send SMS or email verification requests to users before processing sensitive changes or completing high-risk transactions. This added layer of protection ensures that identity checks happen before account updates, while still keeping interactions fast and convenient for legitimate users.
Additionally, authID can automatically record verification and authentication details within ticket logs and user records on the ServiceNow platform. Therefore, organizations gain a clear audit trail that confirms authorized access and supports compliance requirements, internal investigations, and regulatory reporting.
“Digital identity verification at the contact center accelerates business transformation and ensures the highest degree of certainty that the agent is performing account updates on behalf of the trusted user,” said Rhon Daguro, CEO of authID. “Our integration with ServiceNow empowers its global customer base to protect user accounts while improving the user experience.”
Beyond security benefits, the partnership also aligns with the goals of the ServiceNow Partner Program, which recognizes partners for delivering scalable enterprise solutions and expanding platform capabilities. As a Build Partner, authID develops applications directly on the ServiceNow AI Platform, offering tailored configurations and seamless system integrations.
Overall, this integration reflects growing enterprise demand for secure, automated identity verification that protects users without slowing down service operations. By combining biometric authentication with ServiceNow’s workflow automation, authID aims to help organizations strengthen security while maintaining smooth and trusted customer interactions.
