accesso® to Preview AI Shop Tech & Innovation at IAAPA 2025

Accesso Technology Group, a leading technology partner for the global leisure and entertainment sector, is preparing to unveil its latest innovations at the IAAPA Expo Orlando 2025. Visitors will find the company at Booth #5131, where Accesso will showcase real-time demonstrations spanning ticketing, point-of-sale, virtual queuing, mobile solutions, payments, and its expanding suite of AI-enhanced commerce capabilities.

What Accesso Is Highlighting in 2025

Accesso Freedom℠

Launched in 2024 and now active at more than 50 venues, Accesso Freedom has quickly become a modern, unified SaaS platform that streamlines both restaurant and retail operations. Built for high-volume attractions, the system handles mobile ordering, POS hardware, self-service kiosks, and mobile POS. Moreover, its integration with Accesso Passport® ensures consistent entitlement and benefit redemption at every stage of the guest experience. At IAAPA, attendees will be able to try frictionless mobile and self-service ordering to see the platform in action.

Smarter Ordering Through AI

Freedom now offers conversational AI ordering, allowing guests to place food and retail orders through natural chat-style interactions. Accesso’s intelligent framework ensures the AI understands advanced product rules, pricing details, and bundled offerings, resulting in a personalized and intuitive ordering process.

Faster Retail With Scan & Go

With the new Scan & Go feature, guests can scan packaged or retail items using their smartphones, complete payment instantly, and bypass checkout lines altogether. This upgrade helps operators reduce pressure on frontline staff and maintain smooth traffic flow during busy hours.

Flexible Payments and Loyalty Tools

Accesso has expanded Freedom’s payment ecosystem as well. Guests can now charge purchases directly to their room accounts through PMS integrations, removing the need for paper receipts and manual entry. Operators can also leverage digital and physical gift cards tied to wristbands, printed vouchers, or access cards to boost both engagement and repeat revenue.

Accesso Passport®

Accesso’s flagship ticketing and eCommerce solution continues to advance rapidly, with more than 800 improvements rolled out annually. Passport powers major attractions across 20+ countries and remains one of the industry’s most scalable end-to-end SaaS ticketing platforms.

A preview of Passport’s upcoming conversational AI shopping tool will also debut at the event. This new feature lets venues integrate intelligent shopping inside their chatbots, supporting dynamic pricing, availability checks, and custom bundling to deliver a more personalized purchase journey.

Headless API and Enhanced Checkout

The platform’s new headless API gives venues creative freedom to build branded digital commerce experiences across web, mobile, and kiosk environments. Meanwhile, the updated Combo Creator simplifies multi-product bundling, and the redesigned checkout flow helps increase conversion rates.

Accesso Horizon℠

Built for high-demand destinations, Horizon delivers enterprise-grade ticketing and guest management. With its cloud-native architecture, advanced CRM integration, flexible bundling options, and scalable infrastructure, Horizon continues to support some of the world’s most visited attractions — including the newly launched Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza.

Accesso LoQueue®

LoQueue’s virtual queuing system remains a game-changer for guest satisfaction. Since 2021, the platform has saved more than 19 million visitors over 1.7 billion minutes in line while driving more than $2 billion in incremental revenue for operators. The new LoQueue API allows venues to embed virtual queuing directly into their branded apps, offering seamless updates, queue joining, and attraction browsing.

CEO Insight

“Accesso serves a wide range of venues and markets, and our technology connects the moments that matter for guests and operators. As our ecosystem continues to expand, we're seeing clients redefine what's possible, delivering seamless, elevated guest experiences while driving stronger revenue through the connected Accesso experience,” said Steve Brown, CEO of Accesso.

Brand Refresh

IAAPA attendees will also notice Accesso’s refreshed branding, featuring a modernized logo and color palette that reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to clarity, innovation, and strong operator support.
