Meanwhile, PLDT Enterprise recently unveiled SmartSafe SilentAccess, a flagship offering within its SmartSafe API suite. By embedding SmartSafe SilentAccess into the 8x8 Connect platform, 8x8 now empowers organizations with a password-less authentication mechanism that minimizes fraud risks while streamlining the customer experience.
