TECH5, a global innovator in biometric technologies and digital identity management, has entered into a strategic partnership with AJARI, a company specializing in AI-enabled learning and workforce platforms. Under this new collaboration, TECH5 will embed AJARI’s multilingual AI Agent NISA into its flagship T5-OmniTrust platform. The integration of NISA—powered by advanced voice-driven conversational ai—aims to strengthen the platform’s ability to deliver intelligent, human-like digital assistants for large-scale digital ecosystems.
The T5-OmniTrust platform remains a core element of TECH5’s approach to building secure, scalable Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). It establishes a foundation for interoperable and privacy-preserving digital interactions, supporting everything from decentralized digital identities to secure data exchange mechanisms between users and institutions. As more countries and enterprises adopt DPI frameworks, creating simple and intuitive user experiences becomes essential—especially as citizens depend on digital systems for daily services.
A citizen-centric DPI environment requires seamless digital interactions across four key pillars: identity verification procedures such as eKYC and age checks; access to essential physical or digital services including online portals and government platforms; financial services like payments and credit; and secure authorization workflows involving digital signatures and biometric OTPs. TECH5’s architecture already supports these components, and the addition of AJARI’s AI agent elevates user convenience by allowing voice-based navigation through digital identity wallets.
By enabling users to interact directly with an embedded AI assistant, TECH5 seeks to make public-service access more intuitive, particularly for citizens engaging with complex digital processes. This new capability will help individuals resolve issues faster, discover relevant services, and access digital resources without navigating complicated user interfaces.
“Partnering with TECH5 marks a major milestone for AJARI.AI, a strong validation of our technology and vision from one of the world’s most trusted identity innovators. This collaboration brings our Agentic AI, NISA (Neural Interactive Systematic Assistance), to the forefront of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) transformation redefining how governments and citizens connect, communicate, and collaborate. We’re building the foundation for next-generation public services that are secure, inclusive, and deeply human-centric.” – Said Rafael Ibrahim, Co-Founder and CEO at AJARI.AI.
TECH5 has also announced plans to explore broader applications of AJARI’s Agentic AI solutions to expand its DPI capabilities in future deployments.
“We believe that multilingual AI assistants will make a significant difference in government wallets and other citizen-facing systems. Imagine being able to perform any interaction related to your digital identity with the help of AI – solving issues instantly and discovering better ways to engage with the digital world. This is now becoming possible, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this innovation.” – Said Rahul Parthe, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CTO at TECH5.
Together, TECH5 and AJARI will work with governments and ecosystem partners to advance proactive governance models and help institutions leverage AI-driven identity technologies for secure, user-friendly digital interactions.
